For young people starting at age 14, we offer special Yoga workshops. In these workshops the base about Yoga, relaxation techniques and a fer Yoga techniques will be teached. This is a nice possibility to introduce Yoga to teenagers. It's also a good way to learn how to stay nice and calm and how to keep a clear view, also during stressfull periods. Once learned you will be able to take advantage of these techniques for the rest of your life!
