Yoga lessons

Yogaclass offers English and Dutch spoken Yoga classes in Voorschoten.

We practice gentle movements and postures with special attention on natural breathing.
natural breath cleans the body, mind and soul.
By practicing yoga we cultivate flexibility, vitality, concentration and an overall sense of well-being.

The classes comprise the following elements:

  • Physical exercises (asanas)
  • Breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • concentration, mindfulness
  • meditation
  • relaxation.

While practicing yoga, we respect ourselves. Therefore yoga is suitable for most of us.
If you have any concerns regarding your physical or mental health however, please consult your doctor and the teacher.

What you need:

  • an (anti-slip) yoga mat.
  • bring a fleece blanket if you desire
  • wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes, socks.
  • please do not eat a meal for at least one hour prior to your yoga class.
